Originally from the quaint coastal town of Sidmouth in Devon, my passion for photography and motion pictures was kindled by my father's career as a news cameraman for The BBC and Movietone News. Following my completion of school, I pursued a BA (Hons) in PhotoMedia in Salisbury.
My professional journey led me to London, where I found myself working at the renowned Lanterns Studios in Battersea. It was an incredible opportunity to experience high-profile productions alongside acclaimed photographers such as Lord Snowden, and Patrick Demarcelier.
Starting as an assistant, I soon transitioned into a photographer, I embarked on a thrilling adventure of travel, working on fashion and celebrity portrait shoots across the globe. I've been fortunate enough to capture moments in locations such as America, South Africa, Cyprus, Barbados, Mauritius, Morocco, Mallorca, India, and Ethiopia.
More than twenty years ago, I ventured into independent work, continuing to focus on portraiture and fashion. Over the years, I have also wholeheartedly embraced moving image alongside still photography, allowing me to create a consistent style that fulfils my clients' diverse requirements.
Currently residing in Amersham with my wife and two sons, I am conveniently located for the majority of my work, which still primarily takes place in London, just a short drive away.
