Originally from the coastal town of Sidmouth in Devon, my passion for photography and motion pictures was sparked by my father’s career as a news cameraman for the BBC and Movietone News. After completing school, I went on to study a BA (Hons) in PhotoMedia in Salisbury.
My career began in London at Lanterns Studios in Battersea—an incredible foundation where I worked on high-profile productions alongside acclaimed photographers such as Lord Snowdon and Patrick Demarchelier.
Transitioning from assistant to photographer, I embarked on years of international travel, shooting fashion and celebrity portraits across the globe—from South Africa and Mauritius to Morocco, India, and the US.
Over twenty years ago, I went independent, continuing my focus on portraiture and fashion. Since then, I have fully integrated moving image alongside still photography, offering clients a unified visual style across both mediums.
I am currently based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, with my wife and two sons, perfectly situated just outside London where the majority of my work takes place.
